Participation fee

The conference fee includes the full programme with simultaneous interpretation into English, Finnish and Swedish, praxis on 1 February 2011, and all meals indicated on the programme, including two dinners. Only the drinks on the 1.2.2011 need to be covered by the participants themselves.

If you register for pre or after tour as you register for the Conference, the price of the tour will be added to your participation fee.

You may cancel your registration at no extra cost if written notice of cancellation is received by the conference secretariat before 31 December 2010. The bank charges for the reimbursement of the fee, 50 EUR, will however be paid by the participant. Cancellations after that date are not reimbursable. Paid registrations may be transferred to a substitution participant without additional cost. Please inform the secretariat.

Full payment is required in order to confirm registration. A Confirmation of payment will be sent via email (please note, however, that payment receipt will only be issued upon request).

For clarifications: The invoicing of the Solutions local, together participation fees is done in co-operation with the Baltic Region Healthy Cities Association. Therefore both the final recipient of the payment and the actual account holder are mentioned in the invoice.
